Refund & Return Policy

We select only high-quality plants and carefully package them for shipping to you.  However, if the roses arrive damaged to an extent beyond possibility of recovery, please take a picture and contact us using the Live Chat and we will reship you the varieties that were damaged or refund you.  Please note that branches could be broken during shipment but they often regrow into a normal plant.

Please also note that roses are perishable and we do not accept returns or exchanges after shipping.  Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
